Nuances is pleased to welcome Chef Nicolas Stamm for the 7th edition of the Montreal High Lights Festival from February 23rd to the 26th.

Chef Stamm’s restaurant, La Fourchette des Ducs, situated in the region of Alsace, is the region being highlighted this year.

On Tuesday February 7th at 6:30pm, Mitsou will be the guest chef at Nuances restaurant for a special evening dedicated to fighting the battle against breast cancer. For more information »
