From Thursday, March 1 through Sunday, March 4, Chef Gray Kunz will be working his culinary magic in the kitchens of the Casino de Montréal’s Nuances restaurant in collaboration with the Montreal High Lights festival. A native of Singapore and trained in Switzerland, Chef Kunz is chef/owner of Café Gray, located in New York City’s prestigious Time Warner Center. In honour of this special event, Chef Kunz will be offering up a harmonious selection of refined cuisine and traditional dishes from around the globe.

Menu:
$95 without wine (taxes and service not included)
$150 with wine pairings (taxes and service not included)
