The 6th edition of the Montreal Highlights Festival will take place from February 17^th to the 27^th. Promising to be as popular as ever, among the most popular attractions year after year are the gastronomical offerings. This year Northern Italy is being honoured, and Nuances restaurant will be among the festivities, hosting a guest chef from the Lombardy region for
the occasion.

This February 12-14, Nuances will be offering menus specially created for Valentine’s Day. Come savour such gourmet delicacies as foie gras medallions, shellfish ravioli, milk-fed veal chop with creamy risotto, or a deer loin, all crowned with a Caribbean chocolate passion dessert.
