The 12th Charton-Hobbs Culinary Gala at the Casino de Montréal

For the last 12 years, eminent wine and spirits agent Charton-Hobbs has been recognizing Montréal’s most outstanding chefs during a formal dinner prepared by the Gala’s host establishment. This year, the 12th Charton-Hobbs Culinary Gala took place on November 8 at the Casino de Montréal.

Executive chef Jean-Pierre Curtat, awarded Étoile de la gastronomie in 2000, led the team of cooks who put together a meal that was met with profuse compliments by the guests.

The Profession cuisinier Event

Chef Curtat also took part in the Profession cuisinier event on November 13, organized by grocery store chain Metro. He was designated team captain coordinating the service of 270 meals for the people gathered at Marché Bonsecours for this event.
