The 12th Charton-Hobbs Culinary Gala at the Casino
de Montréal
For the last 12 years, eminent wine
and spirits agent Charton-Hobbs has been recognizing
Montréal’s most outstanding chefs during
a formal dinner prepared by the Gala’s host
establishment. This year, the 12th Charton-Hobbs Culinary
Gala took place on November 8 at the Casino de Montréal.
Executive chef Jean-Pierre Curtat, awarded Étoile de la gastronomie in 2000,
led the team of cooks who put together a meal that
was met with profuse compliments by the guests.
